Here's what the day will look like...
9:00 meet in Hebden Bridge
09:15 set off on a gentle amble up the hill, where Kate will guide you along the canal, through woodland and up the hill to the edge of the moors (1 hour est)
10:45 Sauna and cold plunge session
11:45 Post sauna CBD tea and nibbles
12:15 Head off on a relatively flat walk alongside the wild moorland to the pub! (1 hour est)
