Leader of the pack. Kate is a Hebden Bridge dweller, hill-top wanderer, wild swimmer and nature botherer, and she's down right dangerous on a mountain bike...But you can trust her to show you a fun time and guide you safely on walks and all the other cheeky little adventures we'll take you on. Founder of The Tonic CBD, Kate prescribes natural remedies to menopausal women across the land. Handy to know, she's a qualified outdoor first aider and Lowlands Leader.
Nina Grimes
Nina is the grown-up one! Nearly sixty years old, she’s embracing her more mature years and loves being out and about walking. Originally a Lancashire village lass, Nina has lived in cities for much of her adult life and leapt at the chance of returning north to Hebden Bridge a few years ago to be surrounded by nature and beauty in the valley. Nina is Kate’s loyal sidekick, they work together at The Tonic CBD and she is excited to be part of WILD:her, to meet some like minded women and support them on their WILD:her adventure.
